NPRC and TPP chalet programme. ( Last update, i suppose )

Good greeting to all,
Coming monday is our chalet, yay!! today i just got the sms from down town east chalet and this is what they send to me, do take note.

Check In: 16/06/2008
Check Out: 17/06/2008
Room No: 2030

They didn't inform me when is the time to check in but most probably is 2pm base on what others tell me.

AMOUNT TO PAY : Base on the discussion being made by some of the nprc and Tpp members, BBQ and chalet payment will be paid seperately. FIXED price on bbq for EVERYONE and different amount to be paid for chalet room ONLY. Whether if you are staying or not, payment will still have to be make for fairness sake. Piriya, Geena and Xiu ying will settle on this issue on that day itself.

Info on BBQ: Shaun and Anthony have settle for bbq and it cost us 182 or 183 dollars, for 18 people share. This is a bbq packet that we ask for and they include EVERYTHING! beside brush and butter.

Programme for the day: We will meet 12pm at Tempanise MRT CONTROL STATION. Activities include

1) Bowling session
2) Pool session
3) Majong session ( Who is willing to bring majong set? ) I not sure if there is majong table to be provided.
4) Arcade
5) Wild wild wet ( If you guys want to ) because wild wild wet is close on every Tuesday, not Monday. T-shirt and shorts are allow to wear while playing. Ticket is cost at $13.50 for non ntuc Member, $10.50 at nutc member. So Geena: Could you please bring your NTUC member card on that day? hope it help the whole group to get ticket at cheaper price, IF possible. Thanks!

After all this activity, BBQ will be the next, follow by night programme for those who is going to stay over.

Please bring whatever entertainment tools if you want to. no restriction! haha!

Job allocation for June Chalet

Anthony and Shuan : BBQ food and equipments use. Quantity and price to be note

Wei xia and wei man : Assisting Anthony and shuan if help needed. Such as plates, brush, butter, forks, bbq metal grill, charcoal and drinks.

Alex, zhi hao, Yule, karhao, grabriel and samuel : Sorry, because we are guys. Setting up of BBQ and carrying of foods and equipments. Alright?

Notes to Anthony and Shuan : This is the BBQ whole sale telephone number 68486848 . Ask them if they do sell charcoal and bbq metal grill or not, if not we have to buy on our own. Brush and butter as well.

Please voice out if there is any problem or help needed for preparing of BBQ and equipments.

Geena and Xiu ying : You are the treasure for nprc! So all foods, equipments and the fee for the chalet I may seriously need your help to collect the money, alright? Do make sure that the receipt is present.

Extra notice: I do hope that for those who are able to overnight on that day, please stay for the night alright? As this is a very rare chance that we can spend such a great day with everyone. What’s more? NPRC and TPP are coming together as one! Hope that this chalet will be a great bonding day for everyone. Who know when the next one will be?

Good greeting to all NPRC and TPP,

Maybe TPP is not use to how I plan and co-ordinate with the outing and gathering done and this will be the first time that TPP will join NPRC with the chalet on this coming June 16!! Clap Clap Clap.

Date : 16 June 2008
Time : 2 pm check in, to be confirm again
Location : Down town East chalet

We are able to book a one day chalet at a discounted price of $158, after dividing to those who is staying overnight excluding Yvonne, Piriya, Xiu Ying and may be Jun Ru. Each of us have to pay $11.20, this doesn’t include the price for BBQ.

I’m able to get a BBQ whole sale, hope they sell foods and provide charcoal and other equipments too at cheaper price.

As for outing for the day, this is what I have come up.

1) ESCAPE then follow by bowling
2) Wild Wild Wet
3) Pulau Ubin
4) ZOO
5) Ice Skating at kallang

Of course, it is ok to come up with other ideas for the outing but you guys have to update me for the suggestion, alright? As I have to re-arrange the planning for that day.

Jobs allocation will be updated soon, as soon as I have thought about how the job should be spread around evenly. There is nothing much to prepare but still there is something to be done and of course the chalet will be a smooth one for that day!!
