Job allocation for June Chalet

Anthony and Shuan : BBQ food and equipments use. Quantity and price to be note

Wei xia and wei man : Assisting Anthony and shuan if help needed. Such as plates, brush, butter, forks, bbq metal grill, charcoal and drinks.

Alex, zhi hao, Yule, karhao, grabriel and samuel : Sorry, because we are guys. Setting up of BBQ and carrying of foods and equipments. Alright?

Notes to Anthony and Shuan : This is the BBQ whole sale telephone number 68486848 . Ask them if they do sell charcoal and bbq metal grill or not, if not we have to buy on our own. Brush and butter as well.

Please voice out if there is any problem or help needed for preparing of BBQ and equipments.

Geena and Xiu ying : You are the treasure for nprc! So all foods, equipments and the fee for the chalet I may seriously need your help to collect the money, alright? Do make sure that the receipt is present.

Extra notice: I do hope that for those who are able to overnight on that day, please stay for the night alright? As this is a very rare chance that we can spend such a great day with everyone. What’s more? NPRC and TPP are coming together as one! Hope that this chalet will be a great bonding day for everyone. Who know when the next one will be?
